At Scentora Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You receive a defective product.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with a clear unboxing video.
Important: Customers are requested to inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If any damage, missing item, or incorrect product is not identified and reported while the delivery person is present, the return or replacement request will not be accepted.
